No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

Firstly, check that you are entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code if the item is on sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product. If it is still not working, please contact and our team will be able to advise you further.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer free economy shipping (2-8 Days) on all orders over $100.

ECKNA makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) are generally shipped 1-5 days after. Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 2:30 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within 1-2 business day to advise you about the situation.

Orders are generally delivered based on the shipping timeframe selected during checkout.

Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a US tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, we currently ship with UPS, you can track your order here.

Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

Oversize truck deliveries: Oversize items shipped by Truck are delivered by appointment which needs to be scheduled with carrier in advance. At time of delivery, an adult must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise. Please inspect the item to be sure it is the correct model, in operable condition, and not damaged in any way. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once the delivery manifest is signed, we are unable to file any damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.

If the merchandise is damaged, please make annotation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.

Shipments can be sent to both P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Note: Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses for them to be delivered.

No, unfortunately due to COVID-19 ECKNA currently does not ship Internationally.

ECKNA will only charge taxes (7%) in orders shipping to an address in the state of Florida. In certain cases, we may provide an estimated sales tax amount until your exact location is finalized prior to order completion.

Pending - Order has been submitted and is being imported to our database

On Hold - Order is being verified or has payment issues

Ready - Order is ready to be processed.

Picked - Order is currently being picked in the shipping department.

Shipped - Order has been shipped and is in transit.

Canceled - Order is canceled.

You can cancel your order provided it has not yet entered the shipping process by calling our customer service dept at 954-892-5812 or contact us by filling out our online Contact form. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

We believe that to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our contact us page and let us know what happened.

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Please remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
